Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all guests, please provide at least **24 hours' notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a **50% service fee**, while no-shows will be charged the **full appointment amount**. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to stay on schedule, though the full service fee will still apply.
