At YESHUA Boutique, we take delight in our bespoke manufacturing process. Because every item is made-to-order specifically for you, we maintain a strict final sale policy. This allows us to ensure that your garment is brand new, never handled, and crafted with intention.

Policy Overview:

  1. Return Status: All Sales Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," style preference, or sizing errors.

  2. Manufacturing: 100% Made-to-Order. Your items are created only after your purchase is confirmed, ensuring zero waste and exclusive quality.

  3. Exceptions: Defects or Errors Only. We stand by our craftsmanship. Returns or replacements are only granted for verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

  4. Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.​​

Need to Report an Issue?

We strive for perfection, but if we missed the mark, we want to make it right. If you received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email our team with your Order Number.

  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received.

  3. Resolution: Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement or correction at absolutely no additional cost to you.

 

Note: Please consult our Sizing Guide carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to swap items for different sizes once production has begun.
