Grab a sheet of paper (larger than your foot), a pencil, a ruler, and wear the socks you plan to use with the shoes.
1. Trace Your Foot
Place the paper on a flat, hard surface (no carpet). Stand firmly on the paper and have a friend trace the outline of your foot, or do it yourself by keeping the pencil perfectly vertical.
Tip: Don't tilt the pencil inward or outward, as this will skew the measurements.
2. Mark Length and Width
Using your ruler, draw a straight line touching the outermost points of your sketch:

Length: From the tip of your longest toe to the very back of your heel.

Width: Across the widest part of your forefoot (the "ball" of your foot).
3. Measure and Compare
Measure these lines in centimeters or inches. Repeat the process for your other foot, as most people have one foot slightly larger than the other.
4. Consult a Size Chart
Use your largest foot’s measurements to find your size on a brand-specific size chart.
